Overview
The subclass 804 visa is an on-shore permanent visa that lets an aged parent of a settled Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen stay in Australia. Due to capping an applicant in the queue for a subclass 804 visa can expect to wait decades for the visa to be granted.
